European Marketing Academy Conference - Corvinus University, Budapest

In EMAC’s conference, I presented my PhD work, on understanding of how consumers perceive artificially intelligent agents. I explain the anthropomorphic tendencies of consumers when interacting with smart agents and the role of self-concept in these relationships. As AI continues to integrate into our lives, handling not just practical tasks but also emotional needs, this field of study is on a constant high. Our paper, published in Technological Forecasting and Social Change, explains these insights further. Read more about our work below!

Landbot.io Seminar - University of Doha and Technology, Qatar

I developed and led an innovative, hands-on seminar for senior human resources students on chatbot development. This engaging workshop began with an exploration of real-world chatbot applications in HR, from streamlining recruitment processes to enhancing employee onboarding experiences. Drawing from my industry expertise, I guided students through the intricacies of building chatbots using Landbot.io, a powerful no-code platform. The interactive nature of the seminar allowed students to understand workflow design and implement relevant strategies.

AIRSI Conference - Technology 4.0

I stepped into a virtual world at AIRSI to peel the layers on relationships with AI agents. The findings of our paper suggest that it’s not just about convenience; people are truly investing parts of themselves in these simulated interactions. Read more about our paper below!
