About Me

Hello!

I’m an Assistant Professor at the University of Doha for Science and Technology. Specialising in digital marketing. My research and teaching focus on the intersection of conversational artificial intelligence, consumer behaviour, and marketing communications.

My academic journey has taken me from Lebanon to the United Kingdom. After earning my Bachelor’s in Marketing from Hariri Canadian University in Lebanon, I pursued an MSc in International Marketing in the United Kingdom. My experience with tech startups back in Lebanon sparked my passion for understanding technology and user behaviour. This led me back to the UK for my PhD, focusing on Consumer Behaviour in relation to Conversational AI. Throughout, I’ve gained certifications from Microsoft and the Conversational Design Institute to stay at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field. This path has given me an international outlook on global digital trends and consumer-technology interactions.
